WSOP: The short version

I’m out.

I lasted about 11 1/2 hours, which was good enough to beat about 1/2 the field, but still nowhere close to the money. I’m certainly not happy about busting out, but it was otherwise an incredible experience.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of being two to the left of Daniel Negreanu for all but two hands. He’s a very nice guy, an excellent player, and it was great to be at a table with him.

I’ll write about everything in a lot more detail later….
